What is the Fit Hub?

The Fit Hub is a fully equipped private exercise facility with cardiovascular and resistance equipment.
Users book a one hour session for a totally private workout - once you select a slot from the online timetable nobody else has access to that session, unless you invite them.

What equipment does the Fit Hub have?

We’ve got everything you need for a great cardiovascular workout and we also have lots of equipment on the resistance (weights) side too.

Our top of the range treadmills, cross trainers, bikes and rowing machines are easy to set up to help you burn fat, tone up, improve cardio fitness and increase endurance (for example Parish Walk training).





We have a Bodymax Smith Machine which can be used for a huge range of resistance exercises. The Smith Machine has a high cable, low cable, Lat Pull Down, horizontal bar, and lots of additional attachments - so many exercises are available from this one piece of equipment.



As well as that you can use our free weight bars and dumbbells - we have plenty of weight discs ranging from 1.25kg to 25kg each - more than enough to challenge you in your workout.


We also have lots of other equipment which can be used for working specific areas of the body, or for functional training, integrating different muscle groups and moving the way the body is designed to move. This type of training is recognised as a much more modern approach than using fixed machines and isolated exercises which you’ll find in most regular gyms.

Do I have to pay a monthly membership or joining fees?

No you don’t! Customers LOVE the flexibility and ease of use at the Fit Hub.
You have complete freedom on how much you pay and total flexibility on when you pay it.


The Fit Hub operates on a token credit system. You can choose from a number of token packages:


  • 1 token = £7.50

  • 4 tokens = £28

  • 8 tokens = £48
  • 12 tokens = £58 (only £4.83 per token!)


1 token = 1 hour in the Fit Hub and bookings are 1 token per person per visit.

We think we provide fantastic value for money given the space and equipment we offer in a completely private setting.

In addition to all of this, tokens have no expiry date, so you really do have complete freedom and you don’t have to worry about monthly payments, membership fees, or losing your hard earned money when you’re unable to get to the gym.

How do the tokens work?

When you use a token to book a slot on our interactive online timetable you’re provided with a unique access code to enter the Fit Hub.

You can use your tokens to make bookings up to 4 weeks in advance. It’s also possible to make short notice bookings for later on the same day.

You’re free to cancel any booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the start time of your session.

What are the opening hours?

The Fit Hub is open every day of the year from 6:30am to 9:30pm. Feedback from our customers tells us that our opening hours are extremely useful and help those who work shifts or prefer to exercise at the weekend, when some regular gyms close early.

Can I exercise with friends?

YES! There’s plenty of space in each of the two Fit Hub two studios, and it’s really simple to invite friends to join you at your session.

Can somebody teach me how to use the equipment?

You’re in safe hands! We’re really keen to help you make the most of your workouts and want to support you to get the results you’re looking for.

When we meet for your induction we can show you everything you need.
If you’re a complete beginner and need absolutely everything to be explained, that’s fine. If you know what you’re doing and simply want to whizz through the basics, that’s also fine!


Our advice is to start simple and make progress gradually with manageable steps, as and when you’re ready.

To help with workout plans, we have various posters and workout tools – we love the Stack 52 cards which show hundreds of exercises and have QR codes which you can scan for full instructional videos. This helps you understand how to do each exercise and they’re colour coded so it’s easy to focus on core / upper body / lower body or whichever area you’re looking to improve.

We’re also happy to meet up at a later stage to assist with keeping workouts fun and interesting and help you continue to make progress.
